The luxurious villa is situated in a private cul de sac and just a very short walk to the restuarants, bars, shops, supermarkets, nightlife and beaches of Coral Bay. Paphos Town and Harbour are just a 20 minute drive away or alternatively the local bus service is a short 5 minute walk from the villa.
Coral View Villa is well equipped and beautifully furnished. The accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms - two doubles and one twin bedded room. The two double bedrooms have access to the front top balcony which has superb views over Coral Bay- a wonderful place to sit after a busy day sunbathing. The twin bedded room has views over the private swimming pool and views of the surrounding hills and local village of Peyia. Each bedroom has free air conditioning, ceiling fans and floor to ceiling wardrobes. All bed linen is provide with hairdryers in the two double bedrooms. Cot & highchair can be made available upon request.
Upstairs is the family bathroom with shower over bath. Soaps, towels and toilet tissue are provided.
The sitting room easily seats 6 people in comfort and has television, DVD player and free Wifi. There is a large selection of DVD's, games and books to enjoy. An L shaped dining area with table seating for 6 people leads out onto the front downstairs balcony where there is also seating for 6 for alfresco dining.
There is an additional bathroom with separate shower cubicle on the ground floor. The large, fully equipped kitchen houses a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and water cooler.
The kitchen leads out onto the private swimming pool and large sun terrace with poolside shower. There is poolside lighting and seating for alfresco dining. A barbeque and beach towels are provided in the rental price.
